The shot-blasting machine is a kind of combined cleaning machine for the inner and outer wall of steel tube. The outer surface of steel tube is cleaned by shot-blasting and the inner surface is cleaned by shot-peening to remove the oxide skin on the surface. This machine mainly USES the high speed shot flow from the high efficiency power shot blasting device to blast the rotating workpiece surface and inner cavity inside the chamber, and remove other sticky sand, rust layer, welding slag, oxide and sundries, so as to obtain a fine smooth surface. The adhesion between the paint film and the steel surface is improved, the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel are improved, the inner quality of the steel is improved, and the service life of the steel is prolonged.
It is used for shot blasting treatment on the inner and outer surface of steel tube and steel tube products to remove its oxide layer and the inner and outer surface of steel tube products to remove its oxide layer and welding slag, etc. to present metallic luster, which is conducive to the painting and coating of the workpiece.
